Hi, I'm Kally Joanne the owner of Kally Joanne Wellness. I am a Qualified, Accredited Wellness Therapist, 

Personal Development Teacher & Life Coach.

As a Certified Personal Coach and Qualified Teacher in Education I provide courses and retreats to help people improve their wellbeing through Personal Development, Holistic Health and Reiki.

I am an expert and teacher of Holistic Wellbeing; This is the practice of treating the whole mind, body and spirit. It is an essential factor when I'm helping people to live a happy and healthy lifestyle by offering practical advice and sharing my deep knowledge of spiritual and energetic principles. 


I am fully trained and certified in many holistic therapies as well as being a certified Life Coach and NLP Practitioner.  

Kally Joanne Wellness is a recognised training provider with courses accredited by the International Guild of Complementary Therapists (IGCT)

I originally became a Reiki Practitioner in 2011 after becoming very interested in the body's Chakra System and learning that our body has a unique way of healing. I went on to study Massage Therapy and other holistic therapies.


I wanted to obtain one of the highest qualifications in holistic therapy so I studied at The London School of Massage and qualified with a BTEC Level 5 in Clinical Remedial Massage and Anatomy & Physiology in 2015. I continued my Holistic Therapy studies with The School of Natural Health Sciences and I have qualified in Reflexology, Aromatherapy and Holistic Nutrition. I hold a certification in NLP and Life Coaching in order to offer Life Coaching and

Holistic Life Therapy courses to my students. I achieved my Level 3 Award in Education and Training in 2021 and I still continue to keep learning and developing my skills. 

I qualified as a yoga and meditation teacher nearly ten years ago and was taught by two Zen Buddhist Monks at the yoga school of Zenways where I practiced mindfulness yoga and meditation. It was here that I learned the daily practice of Yoga  and meditation reduces stress by calming the mind, improves physical health, increases mental clarity and promotes inner peace. The Zen Yoga philosophy works to heal the mind and body from the inside out. It is about being in the moment and being in touch with the here and now.
