​I first learnt about mindfulness back in 2012 whilst studying my yoga certification with Zen monks.

To be honest I didn't really understand the full concept of mindfulness at that point. During the course I had already decided to give up my office job to to join the fields of Wellness Therapy and Teaching. 

I also discovered one thing about myself that I knew for sure:

I am here on purpose and I want to make a difference to peoples lives 

I have loved learning about personal growth and mindfulness over the years in the form of different studies - Yoga and Meditation, Holistic Nutrition, NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), Life Coaching and Counselling. Now I get to teach my knowledge to you.


I make it my mission in life to focus on getting to my next level in my own personal growth and self development journey, I do this so that you will know you can get to yours. I feel empowered to share the wealth of knowledge and experience I now have and in order to get to my next level I have to help you get to yours.
