​I have been on my own personal development journey since 2008, when I discovered Reiki and became a Reiki Practitioner. Around the same time I also happened upon the Law of Attraction which totally changed my life and lead me on my journey of personal development and self growth. This then lead onto me studying my yoga certification with Zen monks and it was during this course that I decided to give up my office job to join the fields of Wellness Therapy and Teaching. I also discovered one thing about myself that I knew for sure:

I have loved learning about personal development practices and self growth ventures over the years in the form of different studies and experiences - Yoga, meditation, mindfulness, NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), Life Coaching and Counselling. Now I get to teach my knowledge to you.

 

I make it my mission in life to focus on getting to my next level in my own personal growth and self development journey, I do this so that you will know you can get to yours. I feel empowered to share the wealth of knowledge and experience I now have and in order to get to my next level I have to help you get to yours.
