Because of stress caused in daily life, imbalances in the mind and body can happen in a number of ways. These often show up as physical symptoms, which directly correlate to the energy centers or chakras of the body. Dis-ease tends to show up in our energy body first. When we have physical issues, it is almost always due to the fact that our body is trying to communicate to us what is emotionally wrong. These imbalances can manifest on emotional, spiritual and physical levels. When the body's energy flow is disrupted, the body experiences changes that can cause imbalance. A stressful environment, life problems or traumatic events can create blockages in the energy flow system which translate into physical symptoms.
Distant healing has been practiced by many cultures all over the world, by Shamans, Reiki practitioners, spiritual healers and even witch doctors. There are many forms of healing across distance but they all have the same goal in mind – to heal someone (or something) across space and time. Preparing To Receive Distance Reiki Energy Healing
Distance Reiki energy healing is just as effective as experiencing Reiki in person. The Reiki energy is channelled in the same way no matter where you are located. Having a Reiki energy healing session in the comfort of your own home can be more relaxing than having to go out to visit your Reiki practitioner physically. After booking your Distance Reiki Session with Kally Joanne Wellness, use this step by step guide to make the most from your treatment.
The Distance Reiki session can be 30 or 60 minutes long depending on your preference.
Please schedule a time and date that is most suitable for you, a time when you can relax and be undisturbed
By setting up a specific time, you can be in a nice relaxed receptive state; such as lying down or meditating during the treatment.
When booking your treatment please advise your name, location and any intention you have for the treatment (e.g. a physical or health issue, goal, or challenge). Having these details will help Kally Joanne connect to you during the Reiki treatment. You will receive a message from Kally about an hour before your Reiki session starts as a reminder to start preparing for your treatment.

If you are new to Reiki, please begin your distance Reiki session with an open mind. If you lay there thinking, “When is it going to start?” or “I don’t feel anything?” then you will not be in the best frame of mind to relax and enjoy the experience. It is okay to wonder what it might be like if you’ve never experienced it before, but it’s impossible to tell you beforehand what and how you will experience your Reiki session. Because everyone is individual, their experiences are also very individual. Just relax in your Reiki space for as long as you feel comfortable, it may be 5 minutes, it may be an hour, do whatever feels right
Go about your day, and take note of anything that comes up; you might think of a particular situation or person, something that’s been bothering you that you are ready to address, or you might have some ideas and inspiration. Distance Reiki is a wonderful way to experience that feel good, pick me up feeling. You gain a sense of harmony and you feel that your energies are balanced in mind, body and spirit.
By attending regular scheduled sessions, you can enhance that wonderful feeling of Harmony. You don’t need to be sick, sad, depressed or feeling ‘lost’ to benefit from a Reiki session, but Reiki can benefit you very much if you are in those states.
